Houses
All
the students will be divided into four houses to encourage
internal competition among them. Progress of each group will
be monitored carefully.
TEXT BOOKS
The School will supply
text books and required stationary to all the students at
actual cost. Bulls must be paid immediately.
SCHOOL DIARY
The school diary
detailing all the regulations to the students, instructions
or messages to the parents, pages for homework instructions,
syllabus for examinations etc. will be given to each
student. This is compulsory for every pupil.
ATTENDANCE
Every pupil should have
attended a minimum of 85% of working days to be eligible for
promotion to the next higher class. A maximum of 10%
concession in attendance may be given in exceptional cases,
purely at the discretion of the principal.
EVALUATION
A system of continuous
evaluation coupled with annual examinations is followed.
Unit tests, quarterly and half-yearly examinations will be
conducted regular at regular intervals. The schedule of
examination will be sent to parents. No student will be
permitted to miss any examination. No requests will be
entertained for postponement or re-examination.
PROMOTIONS
Students will be
promoted to the next higher class once in a year based on
their performance in the annual examinations and overall
record during the academic year.
MINIMUM MARKS
*1 to class IV
Pupils are required to
score a minimum of 35% in each subject and an aggregate of
40% marks.
*Class V to VII
Minimum 40% marks in
each subject and an aggregate of 45%.
*Class VIII to X
Students are expected
to get a minimum of 45% marks in each subject and 50% in
aggregate
